    Fortnite-Deluxe-Edition only works on X-Box One

    Hi Trineax!

    The PC and Xbox versions of Fortnite are separate and would need to be purchased separately, I'm afraid. We wouldn't have any way to provide a PC copy of the game from here, unfortunately.

    If you don't have an Xbox One console on which to play Fortnite, we'd recommend returning to the store it was purchased from to inquire about returning/exchanging it for a PC copy.

    Hey kauabuster! I would suggest returning the games to the retailer you purchased them from for assistance getting them refunded or replaced. Thanks!

    Everything you purchase on the marketplace does state that there are no refunds. You can try contacting support, but there is no guarantee they will give you one. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    360 Xbox game download won't start

    That game is not available for purchase from the marketplace. There is a download for American McGee's Alice which is the first game, but it is a game add-on to Alice: Madness Returns. You would have to have the game in order to play the add-on.

    If you were watching Netflix and upon your return the Netflix app was still open, how did that game get purchased?

    That would have required your son to exit Netflix, go to the game marketplace, find Halo Reach and purchase it. Then he would have to back out of the marketplace and relaunch the Netflix app and return to the show you were watching.

    All of that in under 20 seconds is very impressive for a 2 year old.

    If you're trying to share a game that was downloaded from the Xbox marketplace, then yes, that could be seen as marketplace theft and is not allowed. Content purchased from the marketplace is tied to the gamertag that purchased it.
