    Returned XBox elite controller lost in post


    UPS appear to have lost the controller I returned to microsoft under warranty. There is no option to get help for warranty repairs and replacements on the help page. When you select this option it just says contact not available for this subject. I have tried emailing support but have not received any reply. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how I can get hold of the right people at microsoft ? Thanks

    If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do.

    If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

    If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Okay, I think I know that happened here. So even though the home button is still lit, the controller LOST CONNECTION every a few minutes. Got to return this, no other ways to it then. I found this when in my xbox accessories, when that controller is not
    responding, only my elite controller is shown as active.
