    Returned from work to a suspension?


    hi, i have recently returned from working away to find my account has been suspended for abusive messages to other players? I have spoken to those who may of used my account while away but they havent used my account in that time frame? I would like this
    be investigated further as i have a 14 day ban ive not been involved in!?

    I did that a few times under advice from Xbox support, it didn't work. I have since returned the game as faulty, going to keep this issue as answered.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Due to the amount of time it can take to investigate a report made against someone you would of been suspended for something that happened several weeks ago or even longer.

    You would need to file for a case review by following the instructions here

    How do I get my Xbox Ambassador back from being banned by a under age kid who thought a Xbox Ambassador is a Microsoft employee.

    If you submitted a case review at that time and the enforcement team overturned the suspension, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff about returning.

    Otherwise, receiving a suspension while being an Ambassador does result in permanent removal from the program.

    Hey there SmugCargo4,

    We'd suggest returning the console to wherever you purchased it from for a replacement. Console Suspensions are permanent and not case reviewable, so if this was a Second Hand console, there wouldn't be anything that can be done unfortunately.

    There is no way to reverse a Console Suspension and no way to appeal one. All Console Suspensions are final and are not taken lightly. If you just purchased this console, we'd suggest returning it and exchanging it for one that is not currently suspended

    Once the suspension is complete, your account should return to normal. it's a temporary punishment
