    Returned faulty controller - not showing at service centre


    Hi,

    I've returned an Xbox Elite Controller due to a faulty Right Bumper. The courier (UPS) is stating that the item has been delivered, but the status has not changed from 'Send us your package' to 'Your package
    is at the service centre'. The delivery was made 10 days ago. There doesn't seem to be a way of speaking to anyone at xbox regarding this issue. Anyone got any ideas about how to chase this up?

    Hi, I have the exact same issue as you.

    Returned an elite series 2 with a faulty right bumper and my tracking number says it arrived at the service centre a few days ago but my status is also still "Send us your package"

    Hopefully someone can point us in the right direction here since the website says this isn't something I can phone or use webchat about...

    Hey, I can confirm my service status has updated now to say that they have my Controller at the service centre, it updated yesterday.

    It might be worth checking yours now if you haven't yet!

    Hello I have ran across numerous concerns with this. As I have said I think as long as the shipping source says its delivered then you will be ok. It will be post marked also so I wouldn't owrry if warranty is due to be over. As long as it states they
    have it I wouldnt worry. You know the world is backed up. I dont even know is anyone is working for XBox that does repairs. Its a hard thing at the moment but just try to hang in there. YOu can keep checking the support page to see if it changes the status.
