Return to gold 50% off when you renew now

I went through the promotion to purchase this and it charged me 9.99 for this month and it is said to continue the auto renew next month for 9.99. I was supposed to recieve 50% off but I never got it. I took a picture to confirm it also.

There aren't a dozen. I assume you mean online. I think there are 8 wristbands. You start yellow. When you get to yellow 50 and keep going you then go to green 1. Each time you get to 50 if you keep going you get to another wristband until you get to gold
50. Once you get there you stay as gold 50 but if you keep going the lottery for lvelling up returns (it disappears between yellow 50 and gold 50 but then returns).

RRP for 12 month Gold in New Zealand is $79.95. When I first joined Xbox Live was doing a console sale 12M Gold 40% off. This year when I went to renew my 12M Gold in February, JB had a 40% off Xbox Live Gold. It would be interesting to see 50% off. But
40% is good enough. Pay it and worry about it only once a year and you're all sorted.

Keep in mind that this discount should be applied for the month following the initial purchase, and will take a full billing cycle for the 50% price to kick in.

When you turn off the auto renewal on a gold subscription, you are only turning it off on the gold you have at that time. If you go back a few days later or a month later and purchase a new gold subscription (because you are controlling when you make that
purchase) then the auto renewal turns back on. You will then have to have that auto renewal turned off again. The auto renewal is not turned off forever, it's only turned off for the current gold subscription that you have. Hope that explains it a bit more.
