    send back to Ms my elite controller, replaced by guarantee, the new one shipped 6 days ago, but nobody dont know where is now, no any documents or tracking number. i dont understand how to do that, shipped MY CONTROLLER, i payed that, and dont have any document
    or something where is know, the support say me just sit and wait, not arrived in 4-5 weeks call again the support. this is garbage and unacceptable for me.... Please somebady give me any help to solve this problem. Thx

    No shipping label received via email to print and I checked the spam folder ??

    I have not received any Shipping label for my warranty return where can I find this shipping label for my return.

    Not receiving Shipping Label via email for Xbox One S return.

    Why is this so difficult? Same exact thing. A Web page that returns literally, "[ ]", when one clicks the button "Get Shipping Label".

    Are you saying an email comes with the shipping label? I got an email about the return process, and logged in one sees what the OP shows when clicking "Get Shipping Label" ... taken to a page of "[ ]"

    You should have some kind of confirmation or tracking number for your return/replacement order. Check your
    order history, your emails for information from Microsoft, or consider calling Microsoft support (1-800-4MY-XBOX) for information regarding your replacement
    order.

    It's only a guess on my part, but shipping from MS to you should reasonably take 1-2 weeks (in the US).

    Also bear in mind that it's Christmas Eve right now, so expect your order to bear the maximum possible brunt of shipping delays.

    If you contact UPS either by phone or via their website you can organise for them to collect it from your house or where ever you prefer to have it collected from.

    When you called in the 4 times to speak to customer support... Did they confirm to you the email address that the shipping label Is being sent in to you? It usually take no more than 48 hours to receive the shipping label. Are you 100% sure you're checking
    the correct email mailbox for the shipping label?

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and confirm to you where the email is being sent.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)
