    Hello my name is roosvelt toledo zistecatl and I own an account called I carry that account from and many years ago you could say that I grew up with that account today I received a ban i will not ask for the account to be returned since I know that what I said is bad although I was upset I did not have why I just ask xbox for an apology and I also wanted to know if there is any way for my games to be returned to me Since I spend and I can't play them anymore even if it's from 0 I just want to know if a chance of that I have another account where I will start again But I need the games

    You can always try to contact customer support and request a refund. It may not go your way depending on the circumstances but it's always worth a shot

    Normal rules of returning a game applies.

    I would say that i think you will get a hard time trying to get a refund though.

    You would need to go to http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you will need to contact support and speak to billing.. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
