Return label for a warranty replacement for xbox elite series 2 controller

what is up with microsoft and their return labels? posted my elite 2 controller for warranty replacement on 10/1 says i will receive a return label in 24hrs, Been 24 called support said they would rush it and still no label. called today 10/3 still no label support says will be 24-72 from this support call. only got 30 days for them to receive it or the order is cancelled. why a company this big has so much problems with return labels been reading complaints from 2 years ago about people having problems.

Did you check your devices website ?

They don't send you a label you download it and print it from the devices website when you receive thr email

Don't use chrome or safari

Edge and Firefox are best for webstandards even though they both use chromium but some odd reason chromes version has poor java scripting and html 5 and speed compared to edge and chrome

yea it finally showed up mailed out today, hopeful get a better elite 2 controller that last more than a year for $200

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

Warranties cover a like for like replacement if required under that warranty so as far as I know, yes, if you send an Elite series 2 in for replacement you will receive an Elite series 2 back.

My elite series 2 rb button doesnt work and i cant find a replacement button how do i fix this

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam
