    Hey erin

    Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

    We strongly recommend that you use a brown box instead. This is in order to assure that your console will be returned to you in a timed matter, and sent out in an anonymous manner.

    Hey there erinbarter,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging for anyone to deal with. To be honest to my knowledge, there is no repair wherein they provide the box for you
    to send your device. In order to continue the repair, you will need to get a box that the console can at least fit into, then print out the shipping label hopefully provided to you by email from Microsoft.

    If you are having problems with the label, I would suggest getting in contact with
    customer support for more assistance.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    They havent sent a box in yeara not since the xbox 360 days

    Are you sure you arent waiting for a labrl?

    Because they dont send boxes and shipping labels do expire
