Retrocompatibility with Borderlands

I was playing Borderlands on my xbox one, but suddenly I can't play it because my gamertag can't log in for the game, it disconect me everytime I try to start it, I've tried to restart my consola, and erase my profile and get it back, but nothing works,
It only says that my profile is unavailable to log in. What can I do?

Follow these steps:

1. Load the game.

2. Once loaded hit the start and select button ( Small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on the controller) This will load the 360 guide.

3. Choose download profile.

4. Enter email and password.

This will Download your profile and should fix your problem.

This normally happens if your gamer tag was changed since the last time you signed in.

Another possibility is if your password is longer then 16 characters the 360 including the emulator do not like passwords longer then 16 characters so if your password is longer then 16 characters you would need to change your password.
