Retrocompatibilidad Hitman & Red dead Redemption

He estado insertando el disco de red dead redemption y el hitman de xbox 360 en mi consola a xbox one y no lo empieza a leer ni hace nada quiero jugar en retrocompatibilidad pero no más no se puede, si alguien pudiera asesorarme, así mismo intente desde
un xbox 360 instalarlo o darlo de alta en línea para posterior bajarlo a mi usuario en xbox one y tampoco gracias por su ayuda de antemano

I have way too many... Batman: Arkham City, BioShock, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 2, Crackdown 2, Far Cry 3, FEAR, Condemned: Criminal Origins, and Hitman: Absolutions.

Hi! If Xbox 360 BC titles aren't working, performing a power cycle/hard reset usually helps:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

Besides that, make sure you are signed in with the correct Xbox 360 account by opening the Xbox 360 guide when having an Xbox 360 game open (by pressing the back-/select-button and start-/menu-button on your controller at the same time).

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

I think a lot of people will still be playing Red Dead Redemption 2. There will also be a lot of people waiting for the game Battlefield 5, Hitman 2. I also think a lot of people will play Forz Horizon 4.
