    Hey all!

    Recently I canceled my Microsoft account. Thereby also my Xbox Live Gamertag. When I wanted to create a new account with my old gamertag, i saw that my old gamertag is still available, even though I deleted the microsoft account it was linked with. Is it
    possible to retrieve this gamertag somehow? Since it seems that it is still around somehow..

    Parent account is lost

    I can't renew my Xbox live because i do not know my parent account information, I am not a child. There is no way of retrieving it, what can i do to keep this account and get live again?

    I would go post in Section 14 of the Xbox Live support forums. it is a Forum for retrieving banned accounts, someone may be able to help you better from there.

    Account Not Valid

    If this is the account you are having difficulty with you need to delete the profile from your Xbox and retrieve a new copy from Live.

    These instructions     show you how to delete your profile and perform the account retrieval.

    Is this an Xbox Live account or just a local system account?

    If it's an Xbox Live account Recovering will retrieve the information

    If it's a Local system account and it got deleted it's gone just recreate an account with same name everything (saves) should link back except gamerscore/achievements.

    Do you have the gamertag associated to this WLID at your xbox? you can retrieve some informations there.
