    Retrieving text from a friends message


    A good friend of mine I met on Xbox live sent me his phone number in an Xbox Live message, I remember the date since it was during an online tournement we played together in. It was May 7th 2016, his gamertag is " ajew206 " He sent it to my inbox, it's actually
    very important to me, my friend, his name is Jeremy, we were very close, both being of the Jewish faith, we talked in party chat almost everyday since meeting playing Titanfall over a year ago. He had never gone a day without being online, about 4 months ago
    was the last time either myself and two other close mutual friends of ours have heard from Jeremy in any way, the three of us have discussed his absence numerous times, we have tried messaging him numerous times over these last few months, all I would ask
    of you is to retrieve the messages he sent to me with his phone number, Im like 99.999% the date he sent me the messages was on May 7th of 2016, If you could help me I would be very gracious, I care about my friend and just hope to find out he is alright.

    Text message and friend request problems

    You should have received a message if you were suspended from sending/receiving text messages and friend requests. Can you send outgoing text messages and friend requests to other players? If you can, then you should be able to get messages and requests
    from other players. I would also look into the privacy settings on your account and make sure you're allowed to send/receive messages and friend requests.

    Unfortunately, the Xbox Team cannot recover any private messages sent through Xbox Live. I am however sorry to hear about your friend leaving unexpectedly.

    How to retrieve deleted text messages?

    That is not possible to do on xbox360.

    Thats what i no anyway

    But try giving xbox live customer support a call and they might be able to help u some more.

    Yes, there should be a split in the options between voices messages and text messages on Xbox One. I like being able to send and receive text messages between all people, but don’t like getting voice messages from angry kids. I should be able to have the
