Retrieving son's first account before he made an xbox live account

My 14yr old thought he was going to make it to where I couldn't get on the parental controls and I contacted xbox support and found out how to reset things and was told to delete all the accounts and that I would be able to retrieve all of them. However
I haven't been able to get his first account ever made on his xbox before he got his xbox live. Please help!!! He had lots of information and games with that account.

Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

My 10 year old son's account was banned Christmas Eve (was so much fun watching a kid open new games that he couldn't play)! This is the email I received Christmas Eve:
This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data.

These modifications may include, but are not limited to:
•Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar
•Illegitimate gain of achievements or avatar awards
•Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted
•Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.

During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.

Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.


My son does not know how to modify or alter any of these things, so the ban is not legitimate, but the account is suspended. I spent 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to get this straightened out, and was told it was a billing problem so I was transferred to billing which never answered. Today I called support again, and made the customer care person look into the account in depth and she said it had nothing to do with billing, that I was on auto pay with paypal and that it was received. She helped me set up a temporary account and transferred me to billing to change over my payment details from banned account. (Still on hold to India right now after almost an hour).
She was unable to tell me whether points that we have purchased or games, etc would be transferred.

I want to know how to get this straightened out because my son has logged many hours playing his games, gaining points, added purchased points, etc. to his account and now it is all gone. Like I said before, my son is not capable of doing the things the ban states, so I need help in resolving this, because either someone hacked his account, or he was unfairly targeted by gamers in rooms.

Hi all.

Can't get my son's Xbox live to connect on his Xbox. The above code comes up. I have changed password several times and verified account etc.

Can someone kindly point me in the right direction before he drives me mad. Many thanks.

An Xbox live account and player profile are two different things so I'm not exactly sure which you are refering to. Xbox live offers silver and gold membership. One is free the other is paid but both are Live accounts. A player profile is created offline
and all saved information would be saved to the consoles Harddrive. It sounds by your description you are talking about a player profile and not a Live account. In which case unless you backed it up onto a memory card or usb I'm afraid you may have lost it.
Can you clarify if it was a silver Live account or simply a player profile?

 

It was a profile...Dang he had a lot of stuff on it too. Oh well he learned a lesson...a hard lesson. I have him limited to only 2 hours a day.

 

If all he lost was saved game files its not that big a deal. He'll just have to start over. I have a question for you though. Did he create a live account using that particular profile? If so he may have had a forced name change. If that is the case his
info may have been linked to the new name. I still don't know about retrieving game saves but if that is the case his gamerscore and acheivments would be linked to the new name which may be retrievable. I think.

 

No he and I created the together. He set up the original account which wasn't on a live account. He set up the password which I didn't know anything about...then I wanted the password and he wouldn't give it to me so I found out about resetting the
thing and it wiped out all that was on there with the original NON live account. He was a bit upset with me, but he should have just given the password.

 

Good for you. Too many children take advantage of parents these days because too many parents are fearful of disciplining their child. Good for you.

Ha ha. My mom would use the wooden spoon and my dad had the belt. They hardly ever used it. I was a quick learner. That would qualify as abuse these days but I'm thankful they didn't let me get away with stuff. I feel I'm better for it.

 

That's the problem with today's parents...they don't crack down on their children. Sigh. I was talking to my boyfriend the other day and with things being the way they are and such the world is leading up to the movie idiocracy!!! Pretty sad. I just hope
there are still plenty of hard driven kids left to run our countries!!!
