    On black ops 3 for the xbox1 I purchased several maps. My xbox now completey freezes every time I play BO3 so I traded Xbox1's with my brother. How do I get the maps to appear on my account on the different Xbox1.

    Installation Problem

    Hey there iSpoonCats21.

    Is it possible another Xbox Live account purchased Black Ops 3 on your Xbox One? You would need to install it from that account and set your Xbox One as it's home console in order to access it from a different account.

    DLC is not available for other users on my console

    I have purchased and downloaded all of the COD Black Ops Map Packs but if my son signs in with his account these maps are not available. Do I have to purchase and download DLC for each profile on the console?

    The map packs for Black Ops will not work with Black Ops 2 at all. Any current map packs will need to be purchased.

    Nuketown zombies is a black ops 2 map not black ops 3. your problem lies mentally not technologically.

    Retrieving progress/purchases for different console.

    If the content was purchased under his account, he would just need to check his games and apps and redownload everything from the ready to install section (dlc will show up if you manage the game itself). His progress should automatically sync as soon as
    he starts playing as long as he's signed into Live.

    If the content was purchased under your account, you would need to set the other console as his Home console in order for him to access the content. However, you can only change your Home console 5 times per year so it's not a great option if he's needing
    to swap them a lot.

    Xbox360 Black ops maps don't work.

    In console memory go to games> black ops> delete both the title update and the map pack.

    Re-download the update and the map pack (from your download history) then try to play.

    Any difference?.
