    Hello,

    I started my original account under the name Transporter306, but I had to change it to when someone kept trying to hack my original account.

    The account was under my hotmail.com email address and I deleted the hotmail account because as I said it was being hacked. But now I can't retrieve any of my transporter306 avatar items that I purchased because it asks to send a code to my hotmail.com
    email or my old cell phone also which I know the old number but i don't have that number anymore either.

    Both accounts were linked to my Facebook account so that should be proof of identity in itself, and my billing information is also the same on both accounts.

    Is there anyways I can get my transporter306 items linked to my account so i don't lose them and the money I've spent in total .

    Acessing DLC

    Recently i've started playing on my Xbox LIVE on a new account as my old account was banned, since making my new one some DLC i've bought over the years won't work on my new one. For example my CoD: WaW map pack bundle and Avatar DLC, is there anyway to
    get all the stuff i've paid for on my old account to my new one as i as a person own them items. Both accounts are on the same console, this issue only applys for some DLC not all.



    Wasn't too sure where to put this question if it's in the wrong place i would thankful if a mod moves it to the correct area.

    Can't make any purchases with Microsoft Account

    Hi id really like help right now, I got a email for the past couple of months saying my account is suspended due to payment , ok so I use a debit card & the email says "need to pay for these items" so tell me how I got my add ons if I havent paid for them??
    This is your doing I had money on my account n I owe $10 when ive already got the purchase either you let me pay for the items or you stop suspending my account I need more add ons

    You can try contacting Xbox Support (phone/chat) to see if they can do anything for you, but there are no guarantees.

    My second form for retrieval was also denied. I'm getting really frustrated. I want to gain access to MY STUFF. I paid my own money for these items. This is ridiculous.

    Avatar items that were earned via gameplay may not be retrievable.

    I am 15 years old. However my parents have given the permissions on my account to purchase content, but recently I've been getting the error seen above. My account is a child account but I've always have been able to buy items with no issues until now.
