    Retrieving lost code


    Helloo folks, Not sure if its the right forum, but i am trying to retrieve a message containing a code for EA Access that i received after pre ordering FIFA 17, a month ago. I made a mistake to not write it down, instead was going to wait until the time
    got closer to the official release date before redeeming it. Anyway i can retrieve that? Thanks, Rusty

    Unfortunately there's no way to retrieve a code if it's been lost.

    Lost the code for the free game(Battlefield 1) came with the original purchase before downloading it

    Since the purchase was made from Best Buy they would be the ones you'd need to talk to. Microsoft are not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Unfortunately there generally is no way to retrieve a lost code.
