    Retrieving DLC content


    Hi guys,

    So recently I got they Deluxe version of Mass Effect Andromeda on Amazon as a code and I was told I got the digital soundtrack with the game. After using the code to get the game on the Xbox Store I can't find a way to get access to the digital soundtrack.
    Any idea what I have to do to retrieve them?

    Having a problem access content I purchased in 2011. When I open Games for Windows Marketplace I receive the error, "There was a problem retrieving you purchase history. Please sign out and try again later."

    Same question here. I've found no information that tells me how I'm supposed to get the soundtrack that I paid for.

    I did some digging around and it looks like you can log into
    this site     with your EA account and download it there. If that doesn't work, you'll want to reach out to your retailer for further assistance.

    Potential Copyright depending on where you retrieved the image. Not all bans on content are solely based on the content. Source is a potential factor as well

    I can't access a microsoft account that has Minecraft purchased on it

    If you are unable to retrieve your account you will have to purchase the content again for that account.
