Retrieving deleted gamertag

I need to recover a deleted gamertag but i cannot seem to do this and i dont know why, I had been using this gamertag on Xbox live but now it cannot be retieved. What do i need to do?

Retrieving deleted messages

My son and a child from school are having some issues and there were some messages exchanged this evening. I'm not exactly sure if they were written or verbal, possibly both. The messages were deleted and I am wondering if there is any way to retrieve them.
I am looking to get to the bottom of this situation as the other mother is upset also. I am not looking to get either in trouble with xbox, it is a personal situation, I just would like to see and/or hear the messages. Could you please let me know if this
is possible??

When trying to recover a gamer-tag on the Xbox please make sure you are entering the correct Microsoft account email that it is linked to. If you have changed it in the past please enter that one. Also make sure that your Password is correct. If you have
recently tried changing it please give it some time. When using Xbox Live please make sure that all your security proofs are updated you can do that under the Account settings for your Email. Are you able to login at
Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices ?

When i go into download profile i enter the Microsoft account for the required profile then i enter the Microsoft account password for the profile i require but it says the password didnt work. Is there someway Microsoft can be contacted so someone can look
into this problem? Ive had a poblem with this before until now.

 

Hello The Rusty Gates do you have access to the email? try logging on to xbox.com with the email and password if that does not work contact xbox support. I hope this helped you
