Discus and support Retrieving account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; due to a technical issue I had to delete and restore my Xbox one account, but accidentally hit new account, can I still get my old account back....     Retrieving account


    due to a technical issue I had to delete and restore my Xbox one account, but accidentally hit new account, can I still get my old account back.

    Your account has temporary been banned

    So there is no way of re retrieving that account?

    Retrieving an account?

    You do not need to delete your old gamertag, However you do need to log in with the windows live ID associated with the gamertag you now want to use. If you are trying to change your gamertag to a new one then it will still be the same account only with
    a new handle (gamertag). Have you played Modern Warfare 3 or Black ops with any gamertags? You also might want to check out the support forums for Call of Duty Elite!

    Hi OmG! So you are unable to recover the account, but you can sign in with it? Have you tried resetting your Microsoft account password? I would also suggest you have update and valid proofs on your account. Here is how to Add
    and Update Your Microsoft Account Security Proofs     if you have any questions doing that.

    Yes. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account they can get you the email for the account.
