    Retrieved deleted account


    My 10yr old son was having problems with his keyboard (ex. when he pressed C it wrote K) he he reset the Xbox. Doing this he has lost his old account, now my email is only showing this new account. Does anyone know how and if the old one can be retrieved?
    He also had xbox live on it, so if we can't retrieve it will the payment automatically stop?

    If this is the account you are having difficulty with you need to delete the profile from your Xbox and retrieve a new copy from Live.
