    Retrieve my xbox account only which bound to deleted hotmail account


    2 3 months ago I removed my hotmail account, but I forget that, I had xbox account bound to it which I'm generally using xbox game pass.
    I want to retrieve that account to my new e-mail adress. Could someone help me?

    Hi,

    My Xbox account was linked to an old Hotmail account I had, due to inactivity it has now been deleted. I am now unable to sign into Xbox with it.

    Is there any way of me retrieving the Xbox account? I've tried support online but I'm unable to get to a stage where I can actually speak to anyone.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    I'd just like to add, I tried resetting the password on it and it says the address doesn't exist. However, if I try to create a new address with the exact same name, it says it already exists....

    Is anyone able to shed any light or guide me on who I could contact?
    The Microsoft account (which is your Hotmail account) is the Xbox account. They are one in the same. So if your Microsoft account was deleted then by extension the Xbox account is deleted as well.

    You cant create a new account using the same email because when an account is deleted Microsoft doesn't recycle the old emails so they can't be used anymore.

    Unfortunately there isnt anything that can be done once an account is already deleted

    i dont have the information to the fake parental account. I dont understand why my account cannot be automaticly updated to adult if i show them passport etc, which shows im 22. Either that or just let me DELETE my current xbox live account. Once its deleted
    il make a new one on my current hotmail account. As your only allowed one xbox live account on one email address.
