    I renamed to BlueValentineXX. I deleted his account. He does not remember what he had mail.

    we are unable to retrieve mail via the website. you can find it?

    This is a secondary account on my xBox. I don't remember its associated mail.

    I followed your guide for retrieving e-mail but it only works on primary account. What can I do?

    You can chat with microsot support to retrieve your e-mail or try to change the email of the old xbox account.

    Hey Grant! Are you trying to find the email for the account you're posting from on xbox.com? If so, you can click on "My Account", and then choose "Contact Preferences" on the right side of the screen.
