Discus and support retrieve game back I've paid for in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can anyone help me retrieve fishing pro sim bought it from game pass half price playing it about 4 months suddenly gone plus cant find it in purchase...     Can anyone help me retrieve fishing pro sim bought it from game pass half price playing it about 4 months suddenly gone plus cant find it in purchase history i paid for it but now have buy it again in Microsoft store double the price plus now farming sim 17 will not play paid £17.99 for it not connecting problem it's a Microsoft problem and may as well talk to the wall thanks.

    It is currently not possible to transfer content between separate accounts.

    You can try contacting Xbox Support (phone/chat) to see if they can do anything for you, but there are no guarantees.

    Do you know which email you used for that gamertag? If so you can reset the password at
    http://www.account.live.com. Just click "Can't access your account?" underneath the sign-in screen and follow the prompts. Easy as pie! Re-download profile if it is no longer on your console.

    Thank you, I've tried everything you suggested apart from getting him to sign in on a pc as he lost his password a while back (no back up option, so not able to retrieve it).

    Still no luck with the purchase.
