    Hey there MaartenEd,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how hard it may be to keep track of certain info. The thing is, if there is no way for one to recover access your account would be to go ahead and follow
    what they have listed here on Find your Microsoft account email address.

    Hello, Good Morning, The best bet i'd say would be to contact Microsoft and with proof of all ownership to the account. For ex: date of birth of account, region, approximate date when the account was created, email address, current/past
    passwords, debit or credit cards information linked to account (if linked) and past emails/conversations.

    In addition to my start post, I guess it doesn't matter if I switch ISP's because the live account will still exist. However my question about being able to switch still remains, as I would prefer to have everything under the same e-mailaddress. Cheers!
