Retrieve content from a banned account

I spent a lot of money on the content and wondering if you could transfer on a account on the Xbox one from the 360 banned account im really sorry would love to access the content on the Xbox one such as the game gears of war 3 content

DLC on banned account

Not without repurchasing it. Since the account is banned you won't be able to sign into it to retrieve the content. Once an account is banned, you forfeit everything you had left on the account.

 

If something happens to my console, can I retrieve the purchased items in a new console?

Provided your account is not permanently banned from XBL you can always re-download your content to any console that your account is signed into XBL. The only thing you would not be able to retrieve are your game saves unless
you use Cloud Storage.

 

Unfortunately no, all content on an account once permanently banned is forfeited.

 

Yup thats one of the downsides of getting banned for terms of service violations unforntunately. *** stated by the terms of service all remaining xbox live gold membership, currency, and dlc content (i.e. Games, map packs,etc) are forfeited without refund
upon the account being permanently suspended
