Bonjour, je suis aux regrets de constatés, que vous avez reçus une confirmation de livraison du matériel, de retour du SAV par UPS.

Il n en ais rien, mon colis est hélas toujours en transit.

UPS n as pas tenus ces engagements de livraisons, ni d' informations.

je sais que VOUS avez été trés réactifs pour la prise en charge de ma console, mais UPS ne fais pas correctement sont travail, de toute évidence.

Pouvez vous remonter ce problème, rencontrer lors de la livraison ?

sachant que vous êtes le prestataire d UPS, je pensais que c était a vous de remonter une défaillance dans leur travail.

As stated by Xbox Forums Ambassador {Parity}, if you would like to submit feedback based on your experience from the delivery of a product, this
would be done via the courier.

Thank you for letting us know about the status of your product. If you set-up this repair over the phone via an agent, they should have taken the liberty of providing you with an email to contact them in regards to the status of your console. If you could
take the time to reply to them and let them know the status of your device after your receive it, they would be able to help you further if you require further assistance.

Hi Gaetan,

If having issues using the website for the repair. You can request a call from support to help you with the repair. You may need the proof of purchase for the controller to show it is in warranty.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
