Retour au niveau 1

Bonjour,

J'étais au niveau 569 du jeu et la fois suivante, quand je me suis reconnectée, j'étais revenue au niveau 1. Je ne suis pas morte entre temps, j'avais plus d'une dizaine de boucliers. J'aimerai donc retrouver ma progression.

reste bloque au niveau 50.la barre de niveau ne bouge plus.est ce normal?merci

Retour au menu Xbox

Bonjour,

Ça fait quelques temps maintenant que lorsque je joue un jeu (Fifa 18 ou Fortnite) j'ai des retours au menu xbox en plein match ou en game.

Sur Fifa le retour au menu s'effectue aléatoirement et parfois je n'arrive même pas lancer le jeu.

Sur Fortnite j'ai un retour au menu parfois lorsque je suis dans le chargement d'une game.

Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

So, as I was saying, the game lost all my progression. One day, when opening the adventure mode, I was back on the level1. The previous day, I was level 569, lots of shiels, I didn't die on the game.

I was asking if there is a way to retrieve my progression, because that's the second time it happend. I was less far on the game the first time, so just started again... But this time,... I'm a little irirritated.

I didn't see another way to contact someone from support, so if somebody on this forum has an answer, thank you.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Ok i have done it but it work at the moment only for Fortnite and not for Fifa 18 ...
