    I suppose the delay will stop those who know about the shortage of copies from snapping them up and putting them on eBay for silly money, a la Payday a couple of years ago. Nevertheless it's still very unprofessional!

    They did this with "Spiderman 2".

    This allowed them to sell many more digital copies at the inflated XBox Store Marketplace price.

    If there's a review embargo until release date as well then I'd say it's time to be worried.
