Retail KI Definitive problem

I really hope someone can help me here, I'm about to throw my Xbox out the window.

Not too long after KI was released on the XB store I downloaded the freemium version and ended up liking it and buying a few of the characters as they appeared on Deal of the Week, about 5 of them (ish).

I wanted to own the full version but it was too expensive to keep buying it in parts so just after Christmas Game was selling the Definitive Edition for £15 which I bought.

I installed it with no issues and was soon playing with all the characters, stages and expansions etc. Then I turned my XB off and when I went back to it later all I had was the handful of characters and stages I had before
buying and installing the full game.

I thought this was because I had the freemium version installed so I took everything KI related out and installed everything again off the disc with a 5GB update from live too. Again the same has happened; played straight
away I've had access to everything but I've turned off the XB and went back to it later and everything has disappeared again giving me only the basics I had before and promoting me to buy everything I already own again.

Everything is showing as installed on the hard drive and even in the store all the 'add on content' shows as installed yet the game just won't recognise any of it.

Can anyone please help me?

KI Definitive Edition Blu-Ray

Yesterday i was bought a KI DE on Blu-Ray disc. So after install i dont find three characters : Kilgore, Shin Hisako and Eagle.

In description of def edition in microsoft store this three characters are includes in definitive package.

In my case store propose me to buy this three addons.

Dear developers can resolve my problem?

In TechSupp told me to refund my money and back disck to retailer.

Maybe there is another way to get this characters. Gift codes from dev's for example?

 

Killer Instinct Definitive Edition Wont Work after recent Xbox Update

I'm having the same problem right now and ive been searching thru different sources to see if anyone has this problem cant fix it

1. It's the original Xbox One model.

2. Yes. Like I've said in the description I've deleted everything Killer Instinct related from my console then reinstalled everything from disc. The console itself has also picked out and downloaded a 5GB update too.

3. What troubleshooting steps? All the "support" I can find, either in game or not, directs me to support.xbox.com or tells me how to install the game onto my console which isn't any help at all.

1. Press the menu key of the controller.

2. Go to Settings> Disc & Blu-Ray.

3. In the Blu-Ray section, select "Persistent Storage".

4. Select "Clear Persistent Storage".
