    Thank you very much for your suggestion, we appreciate your feedback and we understand where you come from. However, unfortunately there really isn't a way to request games currently. Keep in mind though that it is also up to the game's developers/publishers to help make the game compatible, so it would be a good idea to reach out to them as well so they know people want it to be compatible.

    At this moment in time, the backward compatible games are only what is available on the back compat website.

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/backward-compatibility     There has been no news on if or when the program will resume. So currently the answer is no, there is no way to request a game to become compatible.

    As some additional information. to the answer already specified.

    The backward compatible game while it is the same game the download is basically different version of the game, being the backward compatible version of the game. This is also the reason why inserting a backward compatible game via disc will result in the
    backward compatible version being downloaded (disk is still required to start the game)

    So in order for you to download that backward compatible version you will have to login to the Xbox Live Account that is used on the 360, which allows you to download backward compatible games that you own.
