Hola, el problema es que tengo una cuenta de Xbox Live (no tengo Xbox, es para otros juegos) y sin querer, al crearla confundí la fecha de nacimiento y ahora no puedo cambiarla sin "permiso parental". Mi pregunta es, ¿hay algún modo de cambiar esta fecha?
Tengo otra cuenta de Xbox, ¿podría vincular esa cuenta como cuenta parental y desactivarlo? Es que me fastidia tener que utilizar una segunda cuenta para jugar, en este caso, al Minecraft Bedrock online.

Thanks for the reply and update of the issue. Another thing, you may want to check is the
privacy and Online safety settings on the Xbox
One.

If the issue persists, try filling out the
Age verification form.
You can submit proof of age by filling out the Age
verification Request. After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request
will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.
