    Restriction Problem


    I was able to do everything fine (Join my friends freeskate game, acess everything of FIFA 15 and Forza MS4 etc.) Then when i tried to do one of these tasks it said i could not do it because of an Xbox LIVE restriction. I have checked my account settings
    and i have no family safety turned on. I am useing an adult account as well.

    I dont know what has happened but can you respond ASAP so i can fix the problem!

    skill restrictions problems

    Most of you I think will know this by now, but for those of you that don't, I'll explain as briefly as I can- when you first start you have four classes to choose from- dragon knight, sorcerer, nightblade and templar. Each of these classes comes with three unique skill trees. However depending on which class you choose, some skills will become unavailable to you. Now when I play Skyrim I played to get 100 in all skill levels. It seems I won't be able to do this in ESO without getting a new character. But even then, they won't be able to get all skills across the board. Is this a problem for anyone else? Or am I complaining about first world problems too much?

    You'd need to follow the directions located here in order to promote your account from a child to an adult. This process can only
    be completed using a Xbox 360 console.

    Please Note:     This option will only be available if the account age on the account is 18+.

    Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar

    click on xbox profile (let me know if it doesn't appear)

    a green screen will open

    click on privacy

    will open another screen, with your large gamertag and photo in the center of it

    below it has 3 tabs, privacy, online security windows and xbox

    in these 2 tabs, allow everything, and at the end of each one, click on "send"

    If it doesn't work, enter the microsoft website, search for the game and click download.

    Usage restriction problems

    Your only solution here is a license transfer, and this is not something that can be done once every year, it's something that can be done once every 4 months. There's no way to "delete" a free purchase or be able to purchase a free game twice on multiple
    consoles.

    Microsoft's DRM has always worked this way since the beginning of Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360. You have two consoles, that's awesome, you can play online/offline as well as anyone on the console can play on the console that originally purchased the game. Console
    B would have to have the account that's purchased the game logged into Xbox LIVE in order to be able to play it, and only that profile can play it.

    If you wish for Console B to be the one that has access to the game online/offline and all profiles to be able to play that game then you will need to do a license transfer found
    here.

    Content licenses are tied to the console that originally downloaded the content and the gamertag that downloaded it. If you download A World of Keflings on console A then any account also on that console can access that content. When you move the content
    from console A to console B only the user who urchased the content will be able to access the content. Have a look at this link for more clarification on the issue
