    Creating new accounts doesn't mean you get free Gold now. Yes, restrictions apply when it comes to free Gold trials.

    If you do not see it, just means your profile isn't eligible.

    No free codes given as well since free trials do not come with a code when they are offered on the console.

    Its a free trial trials do not come with all features if you want full gold features you must pay like everyone else

    You are restricted to what trial users can normally use thats it

    As Smwutches said, the free 1 month is only applied if you created your account on the console. Also, new consoles only have 3 trials to give. Is this the case? If you created your account on Xbox.com, there is no free trial.
