    Restricting child profile


    I created a profile for my child and restricted the age however when we go to my child's profile you can still see the games and apps not for them. If you click on them it says you have to ask permission but I am wondering if I can remove them from my child's profile but not mine. Example YouTube, my child can't get into it but it still shows up and that's a problem

    Hello Victoria_64, unfortunately it is not possible, you can remove access to the game and the App but you cannot remove the visibility.

    Hi,

    You can only set restrictions on a childs profile through the family and online safety settings. Unfortunately there are no such restrictions on adult profiles. Here's a LINK

    only support can help this is a public forum with no access to anything.

    technically they are not unauthorised as you left the child with access to a payment method without restricting their access to said payment option via a passcode or changing their profile settings to restrict spending. if a child account was setup as it should be then things like this don't happen.
