    When your account has been suspended or banned whenever you log in to your profile an enforcement message pops up. This message reminds you of your ban/suspension, why your were ban/suspended, the date the ban/suspension started and when it is over. Also,
    you would have recieved a message from xbox stated what I wrote as well. The link the person attached above me can help you too.

    Can the parental controls be enabled for an adult account?

    If you are looking to restrict play time just set a timer on your phone so you know when to log off. Having a balance between gaming life and real life is a good idea and for some people a challenge.
