    Restricted Adult Account


    I changed my account from a Child account to an Adult account. But when I go to play AFL evolution online. it says my account is restricted. What do I do?

    Ive made my account adult and changed my age from 28 to 30 and I'm still age restricted

    Adult Account still counted as a child account.

    I have changed my account to an adult account and the age on it is also 18. however when trying to use the Xbox insider Hub is states that im not considered an adult. I Changed everything so its not restricted but it still is.

    Content Restrictions

    Hi, is your account under parental controls ?

    If that's the case then the parental account will need to sign in and change any restrictions on your account.

    If that's not the case and your account is an adult account and you also have a child account signed in that has content restrictions set then those restrictions will also affect the adult account until the child account signs out.
