    Hello, i've been restricted from Xbox live tchat, and after searching on the enforcement website I can't lauch a review enforcement, there is no link or anything that i can click on. So I'm hoping for informations.

    Hello, I've been restricted from joining and talking in parties on the Xbox One and playing any online games with anyone. I was wondering why this happened and for how long? And is there a way I can appeal it? Hopefully a microsoft team member will read
    this and help me. Thank you.

    Hey there, if your account is eligible for a case review you can do that by heading over to the
    Enforcement website. If it is not; you will need to wait for the full duration of your suspension.

    One thing you can do is require the password to be entered upon sign in. Here's how to change that setting: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-account/change-signin-preferences

    You can also add the two-factor authentication to your account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12408/microsoft-account-about-two-step-verification).

    And use an authenticator app that can alert you when your account is logged into on an untrusted device by requiring the request to be approved before the account is fully logged in.

    Parental controlled profiles?

    I think it's possible it sets a global restriction, but when you try to access that content it asks for the parental passcode. As such, the two parental accounts would be able to access the restricted content by knowing the passcode whereas the minors' accounts
    could not.
