Restrict new accounts from being created?

Need help to figure out if uou can restrict accounts from being created on my xb1. Any ideas other than walking around with the power cable in my pocket all day?

A ad image filter is needed.

You can set content restrictions on the account being used, which will restrict the ads that can be seen to age-appropriate ones.

Trying to restrict internet from accessing ****

Hey so I need to restrict my Xbox's access to pornographic websites and things of this nature. I set up restrictions on one account for my son, but he can just make another account that has no restrictions. Is there a way to restrict this type of access
on the entire Xbox? So that even if you make a new account, the new account will still have restrictions?

You should have the option in sign-in, security, & passkey to lock your system down, which should prevent anyone from making any new accounts without your password or login.

I use threats. Just say you'll seriously hurt someone if they touch it. Like when I bought mine I got my wife and kids together and said, "if any of you go near it I'm gonna mess you up". They listened. Granted my kids are only 2 and 7, but still. lol

That is:

Settings > Account > Family Settings > Access Restrictions.

You have to create a Guest Key and can restrict new accounts from being created

Open the console settings, while you're signed in with your parent account.

There is a setting for "Signed out content restrictions", where you can prevent anyone from playing without being signed in, or prevent creating or downloading new accounts.

This will lock down your Xbox, so your kids "have to" use their own time restricted accounts properly.
