    Is it just me, or is the ability to restore purchases on the Xbox ONE terrible? I can't remember everything I downloaded and for promos that were from gamestop and not available in the store, I don't know how to get those items back when I got a new xbox.
    If I recall, 360 had the ability of restoring purchases. Why is this not the case here? I'm missing a lot of exclusive DLC not in the store and it's really annoying.

    Another note, maybe I'm not understanding the Xbox ONE store correctly, but the layout is absolutely terrible. The old layout of looking for a game, clicking on it, and then showing all of the available DLC for it is so much better than this random DLC just
    popping up everywhere. It's a nightmare to navigate, and yet MS expects me to find my way through this labyrinth to try and find all of the previous DLC that I have purchased. It's ridiculous.

    Westell 7500

    Login Information

    Gateway - 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1

    Username - admin

    Password - password or admin or password1

    Verizon Firmware (Red/Black)



    Restoring Defaults

    Through firmware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Open a web browser.
    3. Log into the router by entering the default gateway into the address bar of the internet browser. Example 192.168.1.1
    4. The router will then prompt you to enter the username and password.the default user name and password are: "admin" and "password"/"admin"/"password1".
    5. Select Advanced from the menu at the top.
    6. Select the Restore Defaults link.
    7. Select the Restore Defaults button.
    Through Hardware

    1. Plug the computer into a LAN port via an ethernet cable.
    2. Locate the reset button on the device.
    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.
    4. Wait for lights to turn off then return to normal.

    3. With paperclip/pen/toothpick hold down the reset button down for 30 seconds.

    Head to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right until you see Ready To Download. All the digital content that you purchased is available there for you to redownload if necessary

    Hello there,

    You'll have to contact the game developer. Gamertag changes shouldn't cause any issues, but if you've only lost game data in one game it's on the game devs end.

    I have seen this issue come up a lot lately on the forums. I would assume its being worked on right now. I would not advise to try and repurchase anything. The only thing you can do is wait and be patient until the issue is resolved.

    Here is your usual self diagnosis. Hold down the power button until system turns off. Turn back on and check.
