Restoring purchases after resetting Xbox

Go to the game on the dashboard or in your Games and Apps and instead of starting it, click the menu button on your controller and go to Manage Game. From there you can find any game add-ons that have been purchased and should be able to install it or make sure it's installed there.

You would have to make sure you're signed in with the same account that purchased the content. If it's not showing on your order history, then it would have been bought on a different account. Otherwise, you'd have to buy it again on that account.

I checked and it is already set as his home Xbox. When I click on manage game and add ons no add ons show up. Same thing for my account

So it was bought on my husbands account and he signed in to it again and it’s still not there. I’ve looked everywhere for it, order history, downloads, the actual sims 4 game. It’s like it was never purchased in the first place. I even checked my own account and it still didn’t show up

Would you please go to Store Apps. Log into the Microsoft Store, then go to you Library and see if you can re-install any games or apps you already own.
