    Hi. My sons Xbox 1 has been playing up , not allowing him to sign in. After spending ages trying to resolve the problem I decided to reset the console to factory settings. Now of course all his games have gone from the console but I can see them in his account via the app on my iPhone. How do I restore all his games/settings back to the console. Thanks.

    The Add New you say is to add a new account?
    Yes it can be a glitch.
    Was your son login into the console normally then it just started to not let him sign in? Did it show any error message or it just got a spinning wheel when trying to sign in?

    Sadly that didn’t work. I’ve tried installing one of the games I can see when signed into a mobile device but although it shows up on the console it just sits there on 0% download.

    Hi, thanks for the last message. So I’ve got as far as Add new but I just get the spinning wheel for some time then back to the profile and system menu. I’ve tried a few times with the same result. I notice when I select Add new , the screen seems to flicker before the spinning wheel appears. Could there be a glitch on my console?

    Is your son playing online? If so, all his games and saves are saved to the cloud. To restore them, all you need to do is simply log into his Xbox account and all of his games/DLC data should show up in the "Ready to Install" list in "My Games & Apps".

    If you have any doubt, please let me know.
