Restoring DLCs from old Xbox One

My dad gave me his old xbox one and I since I played his account on the upstairs XB1, I have all my game saves synced to this new one. However, I cannot find nor restore the purchased DLCs (Automaton, Far Harbor and Wasteland Workshop). Help?

One LIVE account, two gamertags, three hours on the phone, four-um might have a solution?

Perhaps one of the service admins used an old backup restoring from a recent system outage and thus a handful of accounts are now mixed up or something along these lines.

 

all my games on my hardrive are demos

my xbox 360 had recently stopped working so I got a new one I transferred the hard drive from my old xbox to my new one and all my games like minecraft, terraria are demos and all my skyrim dlcs are on there but they don't work

 

Are you playing on the account that purchased the DLC, or are you playing on a new account that is game sharing with the account that purchased the DlC? If you are Game sharing with your dads account or the account that bought the DlC. Then you wont be able
to use any of the DLC. Game sharing/ Homing only allows you to play another persons games. It will not allow you to play the DLC. If you are playing on the same account that previously purchased the DLC. You should be able to go to Fallout 4 in the store and
re download the DLC with out paying for it.

 

Check the my games and apps section.

Select Fallout 4 and select manage game.

The dlc should be under the ready to install tab.
