Discus and support Restored xbox one and cannot find the digital copy of FIFA 15 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; had to restore xbox one due to issues with xbox live.     Restored xbox one and cannot find the digital copy of FIFA 15


    had to restore xbox one due to issues with xbox live. All my games are working again, but I can't find Fifa 15 to reinstall. All my other games were listed once I logged my profile back in. FIFA 15 came with the Xbox one as a digital download and now
    I can't seem to find it I'm my list of games or in the Xbox store. Can someone please shed some light on this?

    I don't know why you can't find it in the Marketplace? You should just be able to go into the marketplace, find FIFA 15 and hit "download again".

    When I check the store online here, I notice the only option available to buy is the Deluxe Edition, which I don't own. store.xbox.com/.../1dede2ca-008d-44dd-ad72-e34063bdf447

    You may want to phone support and ask them for help.

    It's only the deluxe edition that I can find and its £55 or thereabouts.
