Thanks for the update with your reply. Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue after doing some troubleshooting already.

Corrupted data may cause the app to not to work properly.



Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:

Method 1erform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the

After performing the clean boot, you'll want to uninstall/reinstall the Xbox App and try again.



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Thanks to both repliers. When I try to load XBox, it says launch. I hit launch and it tries to sign me in. Have tried several times, in between which I downloaded youtuve v2. But for xbox, it says unable to sign me in, try again later. Xbox shows in
list of apps in start menu, but I deleted it some years back. The X is there but perhaps because I deleted it, I can't sign into it.

Any ideas?
