    Changed my Gamertag and have now lost game settings and even worse in game currency payed for with Paypal for Brunswick Billiards, it's basically reset the entire game. Any way to restore my purchases please?

    Hello there,

    You'll have to contact the game developer. Gamertag changes shouldn't cause any issues, but if you've only lost game data in one game it's on the game devs end.

    I have seen this issue come up a lot lately on the forums. I would assume its being worked on right now. I would not advise to try and repurchase anything. The only thing you can do is wait and be patient until the issue is resolved.

    Here is your usual self diagnosis. Hold down the power button until system turns off. Turn back on and check.
