restore previous purchase

Unfortunately if you created a new save and saved over your previous save there isn't a way to recover it, as it would have replaced your cloud save as well. Really sorry to hear about the troubles and if you have any other Xbox support questions, feel free

Hello again Adam, this is weird, it may even be a Bug in the game instead of the console.

Have you tried uninstalling the game and installing again?

Unfortunately I’ve already tried that and didn’t have any luck, I’ve started again but the weird thing is I’m in a club and when I’ve hit a board or discovered a new road it brings it up at the bottom and says that I’ve compleated all the roads even though it’s made me start again.

Hi thanks for your help in advance, it’s on the series x, I couldn’t sign in to my account the other day, so I removed my account from the series x logged back inn and when I’ve come to start forza it’s reset me back to the start, so I’m not sure if that’s erased my previous save or not.

Hello Adam, this is strange, the fact of removing your account and putting it back in the console should not cause the game not to take over the previous "Save".

Try the procedure below.

Turn on the console.

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select Profile & System > Settings > System > Storage & Devices.

Select Deselect saved games in this location.

Note : Selecting this option will not delete your Xbox cloud save games or progress. It will just uncheck the data you saved locally.

Select Yes to confirm.

After the console restarts, try to play the game again.
