    My fix: System restored the console then installed it and started the first mission offline. If you restore your console to delete the data on the console, install the game online, then start it for the first time offline, you should be good.

    I had to restore my console back to the original settings. I could not play anything, games, music, DVD/Blu-Ray, nothing. I did a restore to default and now my drive works.
