Restore Asphalt 8 data associated with microsoft account

Check out this Xbox cloud FAQ, there's a section that talks about storing games in the cloud. Unfortunately, if you didn't have some sort of backup or save to the cloud then the game data is gone.

The cloud saves can be overridden, WonkiestCard033. I have also checked the game support which is Gameloft and here's what was mentioned by them:

"Progress restoration/synchronization between two devices

As this game allows cloud saving, all copies of your game data are automatically saved on our server. If you change your device, you can go to "Options" >> "Restore your purchases" and download the last save from our server. Please note that this feature has been developed to ensure the safety of your game data, and it does not allow playing on several devices/accounts simultaneously. By trying to synchronize several accounts on multiple devices, you will definitely lose some data due to the nature of cloud saving. Please note that only devices with the same operating system (Android, iOS, Windows 8) can be synchronized.."

Hi WonkiestCard033, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For cloud saves, there is no option to access them manually, by launching the game it should re-sync and you should be able to continue where you left off. If you launch the game and your saves are no longer there I apologize but there is no option for us to retrieve it.

There is no option?, Really, I mean is really strange that I'm asking for my data, that you surely have, even if you don't let the Xbox app or account sync with the game, and you still say no we don't have we won't send it. I mean it isn't like I'm in my right to ask for this, right.

Also, it can't re-sync, as the option to sync the Xbox account, not the Microsoft account, isn't in the game, it disappeared and hasn't been there for quite some time. It just isn't there. No button, no slide, no even a miserable link to connect it.
