Restock the vault

Ok so I'm sure this is pointless but when is the vault going to be restocked? Quite frankly it's upsetting to everyone that the state of the vault is horrific. I had planned on using my points for something that was in stock (1 year gold), but could not
due to an error encountered while trying to redeem. Conveniently, once the problem was resolved, 12 hours later, this item was out of stock. Now I'm just stuck here with no way to redeem.

Its been quite a while since anything has been restocked. As a member of the rewards program since it's launch, i feel utterly cheated. This conversion rate that is upcoming in June is an embarrassment to the program and the brand. Have a little respect
for your fans and fix this. Let us redeem our hard earned gems before the conversion. 10k gems can get you an xbox one x now, and a $5 gift card next month. Come on!

I do hope this gets some visibility as I'd like a chance to spend my gems before they become pennies

 

Came here to say this exact thing. I'd be happy to just covert the gems into a FAIR amount of rewards points. By that I mean that if I spend 500 gems I want 10,000 rewards points and not the 500 points they're going to covert into at the end of the month.
I don't understand how digital currency which can be "out of stock." Basically, I don't want to have to settle for Neverwinter experience boosts lol.

 

Came here for same reason. Ive been trying for 1 year to get a measley $25 visa gift card. Been out of stock since the first time I checked over a year ago!!! How hard is it to restock some gift cards???

 

The vault hasn't even been available for 1 year yet.

 

Another vote for this. I've checked the vault constantly over the last few months and haven't been able to redeem my points. Then for them to suddenly become practically worthless overnight is very disappointing.

 

same here checking all the time but then i seen people on here a few days to a few mins ago complaining they didnt get nothing after redeeming rewards for debit card or money to account

 

i dont even think Xbox is going to look twice at any of these questions or problems, it's not just restocking the vault, people's rewards are not being tracked and people aren't getting the credits for everything they're doing for the month of May.

 

This has been driving me nuts as well. I have been checking the vault nearly every day for months and nothing is ever "in stock" except virtual currency for free-to-play games I have no interest in. I've tried contacting MS support
to either fix the issue or at least give me a good reason why Microsoft has apparently run out of XBL subscription codes, but I have yet to hear back.

I've spent thousands of dollars on Xbox games, hardware, and subscriptions over the last 12 years so to be treated this way feels like a slap in the face.
Why even have a rewards program if you're not actually going to reward your customers?
I don't know how Microsoft expects to keep customers around when they pull something like this. I'm already sick of them focusing on fancy new controllers and stupid crap like Mixer instead of making decent exclusive games like Sony and Nintendo, and
this only pushes me that much closer to giving up on the Xbox brand in general.

Rewarding its loyal customers as promised would go a long way towards improving Microsoft's reputation, but then again they seem so out of touch with their fan base at this point that sadly I don't think they're actually going to
do anything about this. Too bad, I remember when Xbox used to actually be a gamer-friendly brand.
